Lake Adventure.

A couple of weeks ago Josh and I got to go to my best friend Austin and his little brother Cameron's lake shack. It was at a lake called Lake Fontana. We had a great time doing stuff like swimming, tubing, jumping off giant rocks, and much more! I had an awesome time!

There's 104 days of Summer vacation...

Do you know the rest? For our school there is about 84. But the important thing is SCHOOL IS OUT!!!!!!!!!!! Yes! 5th grade is over! Today we did community service, had brownies, and had an emotional end of the year prayer. It has been a good year... I loved 5th grade and I'm excited for 6th. But the only unfortunate thing about Summer vacation is... The lack of all my friends! I miss them so much over the summer... Some of them I will see this Summer. 1st question: Do you know the title song? 2nd: Do you like Summer?

Josh, The amazing soccer player.

Hello. My brother Josh is on a soccer team at my school. He just played a soccer game. He did great! You should see him run and kick the ball. The picture is with him and his friend Gage. Sadly they lost. But they had a great time. Do you like soccer?

Good bye Howard's.

Last friday after school we helped Jay, Dana, and Bryce (Howard)Take boxes to our house where they would be sleeping for the next two nights. They stayed at our that night. We woke up Saturday morning and waited for breakfast. Then we found out that we were going to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Josh and I were so hungry. By the time we got to Cracker Barrel it was 10:30! Soon Emma and Sophia got there. Then Ashton got there! We waited one hour and thirty minutes to get our food. We ate a lot! After we ate we went home. Ashton came to our house and we all played lots and lots of fun stuff with Bryce. That night at sundown we all played Mario Kart and DS. Then we had to go to bed. This Morning Jay, Dana, and Bryce packed up their bags and started a very long car trip to California. We waved goodbye. It was very sad to see them go. But hopefully when we go to see grandma Karen and papa Stu in California we will get to see the Howard's too. Have you ever had your friends move far away from you?    

Playing with Audrey.

Last night we drove to Dr. Bill's (Bill Bryan) house. Audrey was there. She is three years old and she likes to play with Josh and me. First we did a puzzle. Then we played tag! Then we built a fort using the couch and some pillows. Then we had dinner. We had some kind of casserole and jello! Then we had ice cream and brownies for desert. It was so so so yummy!!! Then we played in the fort some more. Then we played hide and seek! But then when we in the middle of a game Mom said: Time to go! Jake and Josh! so we had to leave. Do you like going to your friends house and playing games with them? I do!

Yesterday we slept in, then Josh and I went up stairs and played. Our mom and dad slept in till nine thirty. Then my dad made breakfast. Then I took a shower, then I  back upstairs and played some more. At noon Ashton came over and we went to eat at Tomato Cocina latina, and I had some very yummy food. Then we went hiking, then Ashton had to leave. Bryce came home with us. He left right before Josh and I went to bed. Do you like to spend time with your friends?
